QuestionPicture is black but sounds are clear took off back panel and you can see the white lights in the back but no white in front if you touch screen in front it shows white flashes where you touch before this happened the colours were darkened

How do I know that it was built in 2015? Also, are samsung LCD panels used in this model? I am not interested in a Samsung Television with off brand LCD panels.

QuestionIs there a way to quickly tell which Samsung TVs are "DirecTv ready"?The Directv website lists some models, but it's hard to keep track and I don't see anything noted on the tv specs.
