I have the same problem. All the researching I've done, it seems that MANY have this same problem. Seems like it is a limitation.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It seems like your audio and video are mixed up. Is your TV old? You should not be having this problem with a new TV . I would call your cable company or Directv, or who ever is your provider and have them fix it. They do not charge to fix this. This is a wiring problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had similar issues at first but after I spent a good hour playing with settings it went well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. After discussing with several Samsung people, they told me it needed to be serviced. The tv is 2 days old, I didn't want a serviced tv. So I went to Best Buy and explained the issue. They said it sounded like a bad HDMI port and they will exchange the tv for a new one. So everything has been scheduled for the exchange. But after continued Internet search, I found that MANY people have had the same issue, and it's been happening since 2011. There isn't anything wrong with the tv, other tvs you can connect the cable box and blu Ray to the AV receiver and then the receiver to the tv by HDMI arc. But with Samsung, you have to connect the cable and blu Ray to the connect box (which is the same as connecting to the tv itself) and the arc from receiver to the tv. Then pick the sources thru the tv. But what gets me is that NO ONE could tell me that. Especially Samsung, when I spoke to them on 3 different occasions, they should of immediately have said to me "you have the stuff connected to the receiver when it should be connected to the connect box instead". Could of saved me a headache.
