• The 8500 has the brushed silver bezel and stand and the 850D model from Costco has a black bezel and stand.

• Sorry if you missed the sale, the prices went up. Hopefully you already got one. There's no difference between the 2, just that one is sold by CostCo and Walmart and the other is sold by BestBuy and a few other retailers.

• The difference between the two are the remote and the one connect box on the JS8500. The JS8500 is a better buy in my opinion. The one connect box will enable owners to disconnect the box and upgrade your tv easily without having to purchase a new one.
