• No it does not have a camera, you got to go to the higher series in samsung and in order to do so pay a premium price, to get those features. Just use your phone instead and use the screen mirroring feature.

• This model doesn't have a built-in camera, so without additional accessories, the answer is no. I don't know if it would work if you bought a camera.
