QuestionI cannot connect to the internet for some reason! I have att. I also called Samsung and they told me to call att back and tell them "open all ports, IP ONLY." so I did and att did not help! what is the IP? anyone can help?

- Answer Did you reset your router box. I have Time Warner internet, with Direct TV, and was able to get the internet loaded; only after I reset the router box.

- Answer Not while watching TV, unless your provider offers PIP... you can watch TV while on the internet with this TV.

QuestionHas anyone used this to control their smart home yet? I like the idea of it being able to control my lights and stuff and wondered how well it works.

- Answer I don't know if Samsung offers an app for their Tizen OS (which runs the TV). We run 2 of the Apple TV units (4th gen) to get Directv Now - and I know that Home Kit is part of Apple's approach to a Smart Home. Home Kit was included in the last firmware update (10.0.1) and beyond. I admit we are also Samsung people for our personal devices, so we kinda live in an Android ecosystem. We run our Smart Devices (locks and Philips lights) thru Samsung Smarthings, Google Home, and yes we also have 1 Echo Dot to help with the lights in another part of the house. While we love our new Samsung TV - the "hub" of a Smart home actually will probably come from what device you attach the TV if you are trying to employ the TV as part of your system. Personally, our next move is probable going to be Next security cams, which you can fiddle with with an app thru the Apple TV device. Hope this helps a little....

QuestionDoes everyone like this curved tv screen? Do you loose the colors when viewing in a large room on the edges? Do you think that Samsung will continue making curved screens? Are they worth it?

- Answer 940D the flagship of Sony would be a better Television, its going to depend on which model you get, if you're in the market 65" samsung 9800 would be better over all. just don't confuse the 78" model thats $9,999.

- Answer Yes, this is the 3016 model...the latest. From what I heard; neither Samsung or Sony brought the 3D feature back. So if it has the 3D feature, then it the 2015 model
