The center of the TV's two legs are 39 and 3/4 inches apart. There are 8 and 1/2 inches distance between the center of each leg and each edge of the TV. Each leg is 13 inches long at the base and the legs are one inch wide. The distance from the bottom edge of the TV to the tabletop is about 3 inches.

Please try again later.In response to people asking the same question over and over regarding the stand, if people knew how to use a measuring tape, there would not be 3 different answers to the question. Every question is the width of the stand from outer edge to outer edge. I just asked the very same question and am positive my answer will be completely different to all previous answers. It should be an answer listed in the specs of ALL TV's. Getting old asking about EVERY TV we are considering.
