• Mine didn't, but check and make sure the mount you're thinking of will support your tv

• Nope , u can use any wall mount got mine mounted with a mount u got a Walmart

• Im not a 100 percent sure. But i used the same mount that was on my wall from my 60 in samsung that is not curved, so i would say it will work with almost any mount.
