Rule of thumb is whenever you can go wired then do it, you will get the fastest speed via ethernet especially If you have multiple devices connected to your wifi. There is a ethernet port on the TV just connect it directly to the router for best results!
A:AnswerPossibly. Try adjusting the picture quality settings, looks like you have it set to standard (factory setting) which is a brighter picture. "Movie" setting is better for a dark room. If that doesn't work then maybe exchange it.
