- Answer Hi TVJoe - Both the 75" Frame (2024) and Frame Pro (2025) can utilize the same wall mount, as they both support a VESA pattern of 400mm x 400mm. Hope this helps! ~ Samsung Specialist

- Answer Joy851 - The Frame Pro uses two cables – one connects to the Wireless One Connect Box, and one directly powers the TV. Both must be plugged in for power. The Wireless One Connect uses a USB-C to USB-C cable with a power adapter and should be placed in the same room as the TV (10m range). The TV uses a 2-pin, non-polarized power cord, like most Samsung TVs. If your outlet is directly behind the TV, consider using a recessed outlet box, as the Slim Fit Wall Mount is designed to sit flush. Please note that the included cables are not in-wall rated, so they should not be routed through the wall. If your outlet is located elsewhere, you can plug in the TV like any standard setup. QuestionI bought this TV and it was installed by an authorized Sony TV installer. Despite them replacing the outlet with a recessed outlet, it still doesn't sit flush with the wall. The cord is in the way! What is the resolve?

QuestionIn the pictures the sound bar is long and thin and looks great under the TV but when it was delivered the sound bar looks like a picture frame and is very awkward. Did they give me the wrong sound bar?

- Answer BZ - External devices with full HDMI ports can be connected to the Wireless One Connect Box, as the TV itself only features 1x Micro HDMI. We recommend placing the Wireless One Connect Box anywhere within the same room as the TV, and within a specified signal range (10m) with minimal obstructions. For instance, storing it in-wall in a recessed box or a shelf/credenza below the TV would work well, as long as the wall/furniture material is not thick enough to block any signals. Please keep in mind that the wireless connection between the TV and WOCB may be affected by the surrounding environment, may not connect when enclosed or blocked by metal (e.g., from inside a metal cabinet) or by other physical objects such as walls. ~ Samsung Specialist

QuestionThe 2024 models (The Frame) indicate that slim fit wall mounting brackets are included. Do the 2025 The Frame Pro models have slim fit wall brackets in the box? IF they are, what is the approximate gap between the TV and wall when used?

- Answer The 2025 model does include the slim fit wall brackets. The gap between the back of the TV and wall for me is appox. 1/2 inch at top and under 1/4 inch at bottom.

QuestionI have a Griplock rail system on my walls. These allow me to suspend steel wires with various attachments to hang art, etc. Is there something on the back of the Samsung Frame Pro 65" I can attach to that will allow me to hang the tv from my rail system?

QuestionA magizine just reviewed this TV and posted 4 days ago and their comment was it had "Mediocre contrast" and "Poor black levels". Has this problem been fixed on the official version of this TV? I hope so.
