A:Answer Hi JB, this sounds more like a network issue than an issue with the HDMI port if you've tried both and the results are the same. How's your internet connection? You'll want to make sure the TV is near or in range of your WiFi router (if you're connecting wirelessly) and that the speed is good and stable. Otherwise, Fire TV will automatically lower the video quality to compensate for a slow connection. If it's IPTV, it's also possible the network is having an issue on their end, or maybe they aren't filming in 4K and the picture is getting upscaled. These are all guesses, but hopefully one of them gets you down the right path.
