A:AnswerThe Q70R is equipped with Anynet+ (HDMI -CEC) with allows compatible equipment to control each other and turn each other on/off, for example, whenI turn my cable box on my TV turns on also and viseversa. Sometimes when my cable provider pushes an update to my cable box in the middle of the night the cable box reboots and turns on, and because of CEC my TV turns on also, to me this is not a big deal and I prefer having CEC on, you can try turning this feature off to see if this is your problem, to turn it off go to Menu/General/External Device Manager/Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC), make sure the bullet dot is grayed out (green/blue means it’s on).
