“Why is Alexa not controlling the apps, for example I tell it to go to VUDU or Netflix and it said it’s going there but it doesn’t. I’ll ask to find a movie lets say on VUDU and it said it found it but nothing shows and it goes nowhere.”

Vudu app has had issues with Samsung TVs since the app was created. I have to make sure all apps are closed before I can watch my Vudu library.
