You have to have a 4K or HDR signal to the TV. What ever you are trying to watch or stream must have that quality. The store images are super high quality and calibrated specifically for the tv. It’s a sales tactic.

Hi. I have the same TV and picture quality and overall performance is great. Try Picture settings: My Settings are as follows: 
Picture Mode : Movie
Picture size: 16:9
Backlight : 18
Brightness : 0
Contrast : 41
Sharpness: 0
Color: 25
Tint : 0
Digital Clean View & Contrast Enhancer : Low
Color Tone: Warm 1
Color Space Settings: Auto
Auto Motion Plus Settings : custom: Blur Reduction:8 & Judder: 3

There is a total reset in the setup settings. That should return it to its original great picture. I have a 65 and 75. Love them both
