I had already attempted, unsuccessfully, to follow the steps you suggested, multiple times, prior to my initial query here. So I contacted Samsung Care as you also suggested (Srinivas) and he had me do the following... Unplug the TV for 30 seconds and then plug it back in. Select Menu button on remote. Select Ambient Mode. Select Ambient Settings. (which was at the bottom of the screen under the heading "Ambient Sleep Options". It was set to 4 hours so I set it to 0) Follow the instructions on the screen to change to change your screensaver settings. That seems to have resolved the issue. Both the TV and Receiver remain on. If it occurs again, I will contact Samsung Care and provide an update here.

Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer If the Sleep Timer has not been enabled, see if Auto Power Off or Off Timer have been enabled and disable it. -Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Auto Power Off -Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > System Manager > Time > Off Timer For more help, please reach out to Samsung Support at: 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week, or Chat with us on Samsung.com: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/ ^Gina
