I have owned this Television for 3 months now. Needed a replacement for primary bedroom where my office also has to be and I spend the majority of my day & television viewing. Needless to say I could not be happeier. This tv has exceeded my expectations on every level. Picture is excellent for the price-point, colors are amazing, operation is super simple. Wall mounted with a super slim Sanus wall mount and grabbed a Monster surge protector also (dont forget the surge protector & dont skimp on a cheapie)… love the setup as it is literally flat on the wall. I use this primarily for streaming so I am not getting the true specs of 4k although I do stream primarily in 4k for whatever that is worth…Hands down I would make this purchase again. I also had Best Buy Total Tech/Geek Squad complete the install which was seamless. I had my own electrician provide the outlet/box/wiring… love it. Replaced a 46 inch Samsung so this is a HUGE improvement .

This TV has a fantastic picture IF you’re streaming true 4k content. For non native 4K content, I find it’s upscaling to be subpar, especially after coming from a Sony Bravia 4K, so if you watch a lot of shows/sitcoms or non 4K UHD content then this may not be the TV for you. I highly recommend downloading Samsung’s SmartThings app to calibrate the screen, that improved the video quality immensely. I also liked that it paired with my pre-existing Samsung sound bar and subwoofer for seamless sound controls through one remote. Pros: -Great picture for 4k content -comes with free Samsung TV channels to watch, which could reduce some streaming subscriptions -has good picture from side angles -app helps calibrate picture settings Cons - upscaling of non 4K content is subpar -picture not great straight from the box, need to calibrate and go through a lot of screen setting adjustments

Great picture and excellent sound. Enjoy the solar charging remote. The Best Buy sales representative was a great help in this purchase to replace our 8 yr old 42” Samsung LED. The screen reflection is minimal when viewing. Colors are very vivid.

The picture and inputs offered are great, however the software itself is frustrating to use. There is a ton of bloatware on the TV. Some of the apps you can uninstall, but most you cannot. To actually watch something takes several steps. Not suggested for those bad with technology. When I am able to navigate through the menus to watch videos or play games, the picture itself is fantastic. Definitely the nicest looking TV we've had. The display itself is really good, 5/5 The menus and software can be slow and clunky, 3/5

Love the colors and sharpness in the TV. We chose this 65 inch TV because it was the largest TV that came with a centered stand. That allowed us to still use our table instead of buying a wider table if we had purchased a TV with the feet on the far sides.

First impression are very solid so far. After setting up the color is very good. Not really any problem with the remote from what ive seen stand could use a tilt feature but that brings on problems itself easy to install setup was fine a descent amount of steps but worth it sound quality is suprisingly good for a tv very clear aswell i got it for 825 so cant complain impressive tv for the price

This thing is an innovation! Crystal clear imaging and enjoy in every pixel! Have been checking for a while and was luck to explore almost all functions at a shop (thanks BB personnel). This TV will be more than enough for every application you plan for. Smooth connection for sharing video and sound from tablet and smart phones. Even headsets. It’s a very smart TV.

I had an 85" QLED in my family room and when I wanted a TV for my bedroom, I had to stick to the same model due to the awesome quality. I am so happy with the picture quality, the sound and brightness. I would buy again.

We have yet to take the plastic off, but it’s still a good quality tv. We have a sono so we don’t usually use the sound directly from the tv, which is why I gave it a three star since compared to the sono it is a little low. We have not had issues with it since buying it it is a little complicated to do some stuff on it but once you figure it out it’s easy.

Awesome! Out of all the Samsung QLED tvs this model made the most sense to me. It had a wide viewing angle unlike the q60/q70, and was cheaper than the q95 (plus I caught it on sale). It produces one of the best pictures I've ever seen. I recently bought this in a 75" as well. Another reason for choosing this model was because it was compatible with the spectrum tv app which alleviates the use for a cable box or roku. I was skeptical at first but I clearly made the right choice! Oh... and the sound is excellent! I currently have one in my loft and another in my living room. I may purchase another one for my office.

This tv is incredible! The picture quality is spectacular! The 120Hz @ 4K and Backlit Local Dimming is very noticeable & worth every penny in buying a QLED over an LED! No blurring whatsoever when watching sports. The sound is as good as gets for tv speakers, but I stlll highly recommend a soundbar/subwoofer/wireless surround speaker set for really great sound. I absolutely love this telly and so far 2 weeks into ownership, I have no complaints. I highly recommend spending the extra money for 120Hz @ 4K processing power. FYI - I upgraded a 2014 Samsung UN60H6350 HDTV.

The TV turns on quickly and the applications are fast, it works with the internet, and the image is of excellent quality, vivid colors, the sound is very good, it has Alexa inside, and the best of all is that I pay it in monthly installments for 24 months without interest, thanks to the Best Buy credit card, it is easy to get, ask a salesperson.

6 stars amazing! Samsung has nailed it with this series. Fast gui, no lagging from slow processor. Excellent picture quality. Sound was shocking good for a tv. Just make sure you test positioning with the built in stand it does make a difference in depth off the wall when setting it on a piece of furniture vs a stand or wall mount

Excellent picture quality, alot of options in menu, didnt take long to get the hang of it. This is an ADS panel like ips , to my surprise picture is better then my expectations. Coming from a base model Samsung 4k tv to the Q80B is a giant forward , better colors and clarity.

Very happy with my Samsung TV. Was able to set it up with the SmartThings phone app, and it comes with a remote that you can either charge via a USB-C cord or with daylight. The quality of the screen is excellent and the volume has a very wide range

This TV has an awesome picture, no matter at what angle, easy to set up just follow the prompts, numerous apps already loaded. Self adjust picture and sound to the room. Could get sound bar but I found not needed, sound is great. Excellent TV for the price.
