“So recently, I noticed on the Samsung website the current firmware for this TV is Version 1448.1. The version on my TV is 1006. When I try to update from USB or the internet I get "no update available". Has anyone been able to update their TV?”

I just got this TV on Sunday. It's a defect in the firmware or the board. Call Samsung support and order a technician for an in home visit. I read about this after wasting hours doing resets and trying to use the external drive.
