QuestionWe set up our Samsung 55" Q90T when it arrived today. It works fine EXCEPT after playing about 20 minutes, the screen goes black. Have to turn off set to get picture back. We turned off eco motion, but still happens. Is it defective set or a setting?

- Answer No need for a sound bar if the room isn’t too big. I already had one. I only turn it on when watching movies or sports. It does give u better quality sound woofers for base and other speaker.

QuestionBeing told you CANNOT set the local dimming to HIGH in Game Mode ? Can you confirm this ? Even though the PQ and black levels are significantly improved in Game Mode, why would you guys remove the 480 local dimming zones ? Forget 8K guys. Nobody wants it.

The goal of Real Game Enhancer+ is to achieve the lowest input lag and fastest response time while improving picture quality as much as possible without hindering the gaming performance. Certain features on the TV can be too taxing and effect input lag in a negative way. For the optimal gaming experience, these features will be disabled when the game mode is turned on. If you would like to maintain all of the picture quality features, you are still able to play video games with Real Game Enhancer+ turned off. ^Tim

QuestionWould you suggest getting the 5 year Geek Squad warranty with the 65 inch Q90T? It’s $500.00 and that seems pricey. Didn’t know if it was worth it or not.

QuestionLooks like the dimensions quoted in your review are for a 55, not 65 model Question: Can I use my 5.1 surround system with this model? If so would I use both, my system and the tv's system, or have to choose one?

- Answer Yes Bob - You can use ARC HDMI , optical , or Bluetooth to connect a 5.1 surround sound and I would not use that at the same time because the audio delay would be hard to line up ,but you could if you wanted to . ^Jason
