I am a repair agent and have dug a little deeper into this "New" model. After looking up parts for each respective model, both the S94BD and S95B have the same exact part numbers which all include the same Main, Power, and Panel. This is just a rebranded S95B TV with a possible software/firmware update. I don't have one personally to see if there is a difference on the software/firmware, but that's what I'm assuming is the only difference. If it comes with the latest firmware from Samsung, it'll actually be a worse TV than the S95B. Firmware updates plagued the S95B by lowering brightness and ruining motion rate in gaming mode.

Picture: New this year, our 2023 S95C features Quantum HDR OLED+ with Brightness Booster that further expands the dynamic range, making it possible to go from deep black to crisp white, all with a wider spectrum of cinematic colors. Sound: The S95C increases wattage with 70 Watt, 4.2.2 channel built-in audio. Design: With the S95C, you’ll see a thinner build and nearly bezel-less screen with the Infinity One design; it also adds an attachable Slim One Connect solution that neatly tucks cords and cables out of sight. Gaming: While both models feature Motion Xcelerator Turbo Pro and Game Motion Plus for consistently crisp 4K visuals at blazing-fast speeds up to 120Hz (144Hz with PCs), the S95C adds FreeSync Premium Pro for the best gameplay available. Hope this helps! ~Samsung Advisor
