QuestionHello; I have heard that the s95d loses a bit of OLED ‘blackness’ in bright rooms. Tell me, is that still the case in very dark rooms, or rooms with low ambient light?

- Answer There are a couple of factors here. The screen itself isnt totally inky black but i think its hard to notice even if the tv is off. That is generally considered negligible and has been on top samsung and sony tvs for at least a couple years like the A95L, A95K, S95C, S95B and probably at least the american versions of the S90D and S90C The s95d specifically (and upcoming s95f) also has the anti-glare coating which has been a bit controversial and hasnt been considered as negligible. I'd recommend seeing it in store first to get your opinion of it. I think of it like this: while its an improvement at handling direct reflections, it does it by smearing the reflection's light all around the screen and in all other directions to make the screen more evenly washed out by the reflection to make the picture more completely visible at the cost of some quality for you and everyone else in the room at the time of the reflection. Is that noticable? How much ambient light makes it noticable? Does it do more harm than good? Its hard to quantify.

- Answer Hi KM - The S95D TV comes with a 2.5 meter One Invisible Connection cable, as well as a 0.3 meter to use when you attach the Slim One Connect Box to the back of the TV stand. A 5m cable (Model: VG-SOCC05/ZA) is sold separately as an optional accessory. ~ Samsung Specialist

- Answer SunshineSally - To assist in learning the various functions, please know you can download the S95D TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under Support > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. You can search for and select the S95D TV to download the guides you would like. The e-Manual and Remote Guide are both also embedded into your TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.

QuestionWe have a bluetooth speaker system but would also like to connect bluetooth earbuds to the TV to hear audio better for household members who have difficulty hearing . Can we connect more than one set of earbuds at a time to the TV along with the speaker?

- Answer JimL2 - Dual Bluetooth Audio allows you to connect multiple Bluetooth devices simultaneously. You can even stream 2 different audio contents to each headset when using the Multi View feature. To set this up, go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List, then connect the devices you’d like to pair (one at a time).
