• I would sure think it is, because adjusts drying time due to cloths dryness / amount of cloths (sensor drying.) I however DO NOT see Energy Star, so I guess it is not. I see Energy Star on Washer, but not Dryer.

• It's a gas dryer, so not energy star qualified.

• Energy Star does not currently have a system for rating the efficiency of dryers, though they may reevaluate the need for such a program in the future. However, it's worth noting that the high spin speeds available on Samsung washing machines, along with the Sensor Dry options on the dryers themselves, do help to reduce the amount of energy used to dry your laundry.
