To be honest though I'm glad I did purchase my own as the one that comes with it doesn't seem very strong, the one I purchased is stainless steel and works great.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Our unit came with the splitter and a short hose that is used when the splitter cannot be directly attached to the water spigot for the washer. I had to use it since the spigots for the washer are in a recessed box mounted in the wall. What you do is attach the short hose to the spigot, attach the splitter to the short hose, and then attach the washer and dryer hoses to the splitter. The only thing I had to buy was the hose to connect the dryer to the spigot - I had to buy a set since I did not find a single hose for sale at any retail store. No big deal since I now have a spare in case any one of them every develops a leak.
