Purchased the same dryer about 2 weeks ago. Have noticed that drying similar items works perfectly. However, drying thick and thin items together leaves some of the thicker items damp. Try shaking out your items before spreading them loosely in the dryer. You can also add a few minutes to the drying time but in the preset mode when the sensor senses that the items are dry the dryer will shut off regardless of the time remaining. All of these suggestions worked for me. Very happy with this purchase.

Eco Dry is on by default for many of the cycles, but you can turn it off by pressing the button, then things actually dry and much more quickly, at least for us. Must be something for them to meet their energy saving statements... too bad the unit essentially doesn't work when using this default setting, and I do not know of anyway to disable the Eco Dry permanently.
