Questionwhat side is the gas vent on the back of this dryer?? I don't like to have to bend the vent hose too much.

- Answer Thanks for the question. Facing the back of the DV52J8700GP Dryer, the vent is located just left of center. The center line of the vent is 12" from the left side, 15" from the right, and 4" from the bottom. - Ms. Samsung

Questionmy connector doesn't screw on to cover all the threads on the back of the dryer. It catches just fine but the last few threads on the dryer are exposed. Anyone else have this issue??

- Answer I couldn't tell you because the delivery people installed it and they never mentioned any problems. I have only used it 3 times so far and it seems to take a long time to dry things.

QuestionI just got the washer/dryer installed today . I did my first load. in between med-large not too large. I took the clothes out immediately when dryer was done and the clothes were very wrinkled and slightly damp on the waistline . Why?

- Answer The DV52J8700GW and other Samsung Gas Dryers come ready to vent out the back, but can be converted to vent out the left side or the bottom using the DV-1A vent conversion kit. Thanks for your question, Ms. Samsung

Questionfilter check light every timewe just got our dryer installed and started to use it. every time we turn it on, there is a "filter check" in read light displayed for a few seconds and goes away. we always clean the filter by the door before use, and it still lights up. is this normal? is it just a reminder or is it something that needs attention? it's been doing it since first time we used it.

- Answer Mine does the same and it must be just a warning. Probably because if you have the one that monitors the filter it wants the filter clean so it can determine if the vent is blocked or not.
