“Can anyone tell me what I need to do , or if the BB people bring 2 different cords, because it shows with install it comes with a 3 prong cord and my current front loading samsung dryer is a 4 prong. I don't know how to replace electricalDoesBB do it?”

If you payed for the parts then they will install of the cord is needed. That’s what they did with mine.

Please try again later.From what I was told when I bought mine, if I purchase the power coord from BB and pay for the delivery/install by their geek squad (even if it's free because of a promotion), then yes, they will attach the power cord for you when it's delivered. I cannot confirm this tho because I took off the 4-prong power coord from my old machine and they would not install it for me because it was not bought through them. Luckily, it's super easy to install (5 minutes) and all you need is a phillips screwdriver to do it. I'm not sure if it matters, but mine did not come with any cords (3 or 4 pronged).
