“Can dryer be vented out of the side? I may need to vent the dryer out of the left side is that an option?”

• Hi Curious, Yes, the DV42H5200EP Electric Dryer can be vented out the left or right side or through the bottom. It comes ready to vent out the back, but can be converted to side or bottom venting using the DV-1A side vent kit. Thanks for your interest, Ms. Samsung

• No. The vent is permanently in the rear center at the bottom.
