• In needs supply from a hose - at least it has a hook up for a hose (which we used)

• The DV45H6300EW comes with the water supply hose and Y-connector needed to access fresh water for the Steam feature, rather than storing water in a reservoir. Thanks for your interest, Ms. Samsung

• You get a hose splitter or an Y splitter I would call it and you have your cold line hose run the splitter and than from the splitter one goes to the wash machine and one to the dryer so it can steam when you uses steam cycles
