A:AnswerI had this happen when I tried to wash my clothes on a cold water cycle. The installers put the hot water on the cold water supply and vice-versa. Instead of only cold water, it was all hot. I had to reverse the hot and cold water supply hoses.
A:AnswerThanks so much for asking, Keith! Due to the risk of leaks, our washer doors are not able to be reversed. However, currently all Samsung dryer doors are able to be reversed. ^Jecca
A:AnswerThanks so much for asking, E! Yes, this washer does have the option to disable the sounds by pressing the "Alarm Off" button. If you would like to leave another question with the dryer model number, I would be happy to confirm if that model also has an option to turn the sound off. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi Leaka! We're here to help with this. In fact, I have this handy guide (https://bit.ly/3u3R9kq) that can walk you through what steps to take if the washer is not filling with water properly. ^Jecca
A:AnswerWe're here to help, Conie! This link (https://bit.ly/3urCHBo) can walk you through what steps to take when the washer is not spinning properly. ^Jecca
A:AnswerThank you for asking about this, Jen! Samsung washers do use much less water than older style washers. We use advanced technology to conserve water, but still get your clothes as clean as possible. However, if you feel that your clothes are not getting fully washed, this link (https://bit.ly/3uHGyeE) has a helpful guide you can follow to resolve this. ^Jecca
A:AnswerTo whoever is answering the question, we get that it varies.. but for goodness sake, surely there is a minimum and maximum amount? These ambiguous answers make one wonder if there is a reason for not just giving some numbers (reminds me of politicians). There has to be a minimum, maximum and average range.
I'm doing some calculations for water harvesting and such, spreadsheets need numbers.
A:AnswerThanks so much for asking, Candace! The power cord for Samsung dryers is sold separately to allow each user to purchase one that is compatible with the existing outlet in their home. ^Jecca

A:AnswerHi Peetie! The voltage required for a dryer will depend on if the model is gas or electric. If you would like to leave another question with the model number for the dryer, I would be happy to look it up for you. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi Philosofille! To determine which LP kit you need, you will first need to check the detailed information of the burner. To do this, open the door and check the rating label located on the door frame. The BTU rating will determine which kit is needed.
- 20,000 BTU: LPKIT-4/XAA (DC98-04114A)
- 22,000 BTU: LPKIT-3/XAA (DC99-00792A)
