• The vent is approximately 2-3 inches off the floor and is located in the center.

• The dryer vent outlet in our laundry room is located 18 inches above the ground and is not exactly in the centre of the dryer. Since the dryer is connected to the vent with a flexible pipe the location of the vent doesn't really matter till the time it is at the rear side of the dryer.
