Q: QuestionWhy does this unit turn off early? Lint trap and sensors are cleaned. The ducts are cleaned & cleared. Whether we use the Heavy Duty, Normal or Timed Dry, the Unit DECIDES when the clothes are dry.The dryer itself never seems to get hot at all.

Q: QuestionDryer is not drying completely. Is this normal? Does doesn’t matter the type of clothes. They come out cool or somewhat lightly damp. Probably going to return it.

• A:Answer If it is a gas dryer then you need the gas line in order for it to work. If it is electric then you don’t need a gas line. Just the appropriate electrical outlet. I do not recommend extension cords.
