“I'm seeing a samsung extra pop up in left corner I'm seeing a samsung extra in right corner when turn channels randomly, but a lot. Does anyone know how to turn it off or what it is? I can't find Manuel its brand new I've looked it up and PIP I believe or somethings g for pop ups I have turned off. Also on menu or guide I can't turn off certain things Is that normal? Thx!!!”

Manual is on the the tv, it shows in the setting, so go through the setting for setting up the tv I forget where it is exactly but did see it haven't used it been a bit busy, but I need to sit down and play with mine so I can use the netflix, youtube, and hopefully get twitch working on it still have to use my old tv's or plug in my cromecast which I'm not suppost to need.
