I did not worry about the holes in the back of the TV as I bought a VESA mount. It’s a standard compatible with most major TV brands. I bought a Echogear full motion TV wall mount for TVs up to 86 inches. My Samsung TV is 75 inches. Wall mount and TV Works great.

The wall mount bracket has spacing to adjust to various televisions, depending on the size. Therefore, for example, if you have a 60” TV and your wall mount, ( purchased separately) is for a 55”-65”, the bracket will hold it. That is just an example of sizes. The wall mount bracket is what you will attach to the wall. Then you will put your TV on the wall mount bracket.
