All of these TV's are 120hz, but their 'Motion Rate' is 240hz. That's achieved with a back light flickering technique. They all support 1080p 120hz input from a PC or XBOX One X. The most you'll get for USB inputs is 3. But, if you need more, you can use a powered USB hub. The main difference between the QLED models is in the backlighting technique. The Q8FN is the entry point for Full Array Local Dimming (FALD), and will make the most tangible difference over an NU8000. The Q9FN has some of the best HDR highlights, so if money isn't an issue, and you want the best from Samsung, go with the Q9FN.
