A:Answer From the ru8000 to the q70r, there will be a big difference in brightness. You might run into some light blooming issues on the 8000 with the black “cinema lines” on the display from it being edge lit. If you’re into watching movies in low light with dark scenes, you’ll miss out in detail of the picture. Price wise though if you’re looking for a huge affordable screen, get the 82” 8000 series.
