• I'm not sure what you mean by the "dimensions of the mounting screws". All I can tell you is that it is the standard VESA mount configuration on the back of the TV. Ours is hung securely above our fireplace using the VESA mount we purchased and the screws that came with that mount fit just fine in the new TV. The mount is not a specific one for the Samsung TV, just specific for the size of the TV. Hope this helps.
