A:Answer It took us a long time to figure this out, but between 2 associates and extensive online research, we were able to deduce this may be one of their Yellow Tag items. (Items created exclusively for Best Buy from supplier). The only difference we found was that it had 2 less speakers than the QN85, everything else was identical. It's an amazing TV and if there's a sale on it, I would always recommend it.
