Q: QuestionWhile watching MLB.TV, the television will often freeze and require a hard reset. Is this a TV problem or a problem with the app? Also, sometimes while watching MLB.TV, the TV will switch to Samsung TV Plus without any action on the remote. App timeout?

From there, you can select the QN85C under Samsung Neo QLED 4K > C Model Lineup. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support > Open e-Manual. ~ Samsung Specialist
