Hi LunchboxX - You can connect Dolby Atmos devices to the QN900A TV's One Connect Box. We recommend checking out our HW-Q950A Soundbar; with 11.1.4 channels, the Q950A Soundbar with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X brings you 3D true surround sound with 22 speakers providing you with ultimate audio entertainment experience. When paired with your QN900A TV, you can take advantage of Q-Symphony, which synchronizes both your TV speakers and soundbar to give you an excellent surround experience. ^Gina
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a yamaha 4k receiver 3060. I have the series x and ps5 and 4k samsung dvd hooked into TV with hdmi 2.1 cables. And a 2.1 hdmi hooked up between TVs EARC (hdmi3) and receivers arc and everything works great. Receiver detects atmos if it's atmos encoded. My speakers are all Polk audio. 4 in ceiling 2 rears, 2 fronts, center and sub (9.1 or 5.4.1). Marantz and Denon have fixed their issues with hdmi 2.1. Yamaha hasn't yet. I'm upgrading to the denon a110 here in a couple months. It's the best out there right now. Just make sure the receiver has hdmi 2.1 and EARC before you buy. It's going to be pricey.
