||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV is great if you're upgrading after 5-8 years - then there are massive differences and features. The main factor for us to upgrade we were switching our aesthetics of our living room and wanted a complete flush look when the tv is mounted on the wall. Being 8k the tv screen I feel it gives out a lot of heat, just keep that in mind. we have this tv for about more than a year and the only issue we have from an app based is Paramount+ - I think its the app nothing to do with Samsung it just doesn't work all the time which is really weird. Im also sure with the now reduce price as the model is older its worth for the now price

Buggy at launch - 2 month review
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Background: I am on my 7th or 8th Samsung tv purchase over the past decade. I replaced a 2017 75" Q7F with this 75" Q900a. Was that replacement worth it? Not quite. My reason for this upgrade was to maintain the one connect box setup I had with the Q7F but wanted the mini led technology and needed at least x2 hdmi 2.1 ports and this is the only samsung model that has x4 hdmi 2.1 in the US, else I would have saved some cash and purchased the 4k equivalent if it existed. Not so good: I bought this set 1 week after it released. It arrived a week later and the software was slow and buggy. 8k content did not display properly. Updated the software to latest at that time and it helped. Game mode when using PlayStation 5 and Xbox series X causes the source to scan and lose picture momentarily or simply cannot find the source at all when the device is on and game mode is enabled. Sonos Arc soundbar connected via hdmi eARC occasionally drops sound momentarily. Intermittent notifications on screen that network cable disconnected and reconnected, even though that isn't the case nor do I have home network issues. Also experienced an issue with the panel itself where backlighting was not fully lit or something of the sort (pictures). Fast forward to today after 2 or 3 software updates: still have most issues described, mostly with the source identification, sound drops, and network disconnect, where I find that I must reset the tv by holding power on the remote to resolve most issues. Good: Picture quality is outstanding which is to be expected. HDR luminance is BRIGHT at the peak 2000 nits. Black levels are very good but some slight blooming is still visible but better than any other LCD tv I have owned. Anti reflective coating performs great as I have this tv adjacent to a large window. Daytime viewing is a non-issue. Verdict: With my experience thus far, the cost of this tv, and the overall lack of 8k content, this tv is hard to recommend at this point in time. x4 hdmi 2.1 really drove me to buy this display as I did not want oled but if this is not a concern of yours, this tv simply doesn't make sense for most.

EXPENSIVE AND AWESOME!
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this TV. Picture quality is unbelievable. The infinity display is incredible. The TV is thin but you must have a separate hub that connects via a single plug. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the of the extremely high price for this unit. As incredible as this TV is, I think the price coupd have been lowered to around 3500.00

||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful 75 inch Samsung 8K! Upgraded to this from a 65 inch and newer version and am absolutely loving it. Geek squad came and installed the wall mount and tv and hooked up well worth the money. 8K on YouTube is amazing and the picture quality on normal streaming channels is great. Gaming is insane and one of my favs!

Tapping noise.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful tv. Received quickly. 1 day out of the box and it’s making a tapping noise. Not constant but on and off. Coming from behind the tv. After searching online I found many complained about the same thing. Seems to be some kind of defect.

Q: QuestionThe unit comes with 2.5M one connect cable which is not long enough for my application (Wall mount). Does anyone know if Samsung has any plans for releasing a longer version of this cable? thanks
Asked by MG65.
- A:Answer I have my tv mounted.the new TV comes with two cables (short and long). Samsung does sell a longer cable. It’s way more money but why not mount the hdmi console on the back of the tv with the mounting screws that come with it? Then you can hide your console and feed let’s say the hdmi cables through the wall if that’s what you wanted to do? Just trying to help. Anyway hope this helps.

Q: QuestionHow many hdmi 2.1 @ 120hz ports are there?
Asked by merv.
- A:Answer Hi Merv, Bad news. Don't listen to the other answer, he is incorrect! There is only 1 HDMI @ 120 Hz. I called Samsung myself to find out for sure how many there were because of all the misinformation on this exact issue. The main reason I haven't decided to buy it yet. If there were 4 I would've bought one myself already!

Q: QuestionCan a dolby atmos sound system be hooked up to component box for cinema and Xbox series x gaming? If, so. Are there any suggestions for a great sound system that is not sony?
Asked by LunchBoxx.
- A:Answer Hi LunchboxX - You can connect Dolby Atmos devices to the QN900A TV's One Connect Box. We recommend checking out our HW-Q950A Soundbar; with 11.1.4 channels, the Q950A Soundbar with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X brings you 3D true surround sound with 22 speakers providing you with ultimate audio entertainment experience. When paired with your QN900A TV, you can take advantage of Q-Symphony, which synchronizes both your TV speakers and soundbar to give you an excellent surround experience. ^Gina
