Hi Charlie - To install the stand on your 75" QN90A TV, you can gently lay the TV down with its screen facing up. We also recommend having at least one other person assist you with this. ^Gina
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Undo the 3 screws and pull off the base and reseat it. We had the same issue and turned out to be the base was not fully inserted in one side.
