- Answer Pete - The included One Connect cable is not rated for in-wall installation. An in-wall cable is available (Model VG-SOCR86U/ZA), which can be ran through your wall. ^Gina

QuestionIf I have a wall outlet that would usually go behind a tv, would that prevent the frame tv from mounting properly or at all?

- Answer The wall behind the frame should be really smooth. An outlet there could cause it not to be flush with the wall and you would notice that it doesn't lay properly. You won't be able to use that plug anyway so I would remove it or move it down. We created a channel with pvc pipe to run the one connect wire down behind the wall.

- Answer I found very little on line help prior to my installation of this item. The new 2021 series has the main output cable exiting the tv about 6-8 inches from the bottom. The template will come with the set to show you the distance to mount the included brackets. There is a lot of play (forgiveness) in the mount. Once hung on wall, it will glide into the correct position to be level. I mounted a 75” model with my son. You will need a helper to raise it up onto the mounts ESPECIALLY if you plan to conceal the wire within the wall. Once mounted on the wall, it’s almost impossible to get to the back of the set. It sits flush against the wall. So, have the wall prepped with the entrance and exit holes for the cable BEFORE hanging on the wall. This will safe you a lot of grief. The cable that is included is over 6 feet long and should reach the control box remote from the tv.
