They are close to the bottom. I mounted this on the same wall mount I had my 10 year old 75" Samsung LED mounted on and placing the TV at the lowest possible position on the mount, the TV sits almost 3" higher. I found the exact measurements via internet search but didn't retain them. Really enjoying the TV.
