No, you would need a separate Google TV device with Chromcast.

No my friend. It's Samsung Hub. The SmartTV OS is Tizen; Not FireTV, Chromecast, Roku, or any other well known. In fact, I do not see any lag during navigation around the apps. So, it's better than any old Chromecast or FireTV I used to have.
