Q: QuestionI notice this TV has a center stand vs the legs. Has anyone had any stability issues with the stand? Have a 48 inch stand which is not big enough for most larger TVs with the legs. This is expensive but I wouldn’t have to buy a larger stand or mount.

• A:Answer I haven't owned this TV for very long but so far there has been no stability issues. This stand is VERY heavy. As the TV sits on top of a mantle, I do plan to hook up some earthquake straps to protect it should there be an earthquake.

• A:Answer My answer is my extensive comparison of QLED vs OLED, at Best Buy store, and a few hours of research reading: High-end TV (over $3,000) selection is Samsung QLED vs LG OLED. Conclusion: OLED is little better for colors, but screen size max 77" and must WATCH in DARKER ROOM. I wanted BRIGHT-Living-Room with **sunshine viewing**, so 82" QLED was my best choice. I had $7,000 budget. Conclusion: QLED is 5-7 TIMES BRIGHTER than OLED, when you try to measure with NIT's. Watch: lower Q60, Q70 Samsungs are cheaper, BUT EDGE BACK-LIGHT only. Perfect color needs Q90 at $4-5,000 range, with Quantum-lighting at every single pixel). I paid that, and I love it.

• A:Answer The 85" Q90T is the top 4K QLED television in Samsung's US line-up. The 82" Q90R is the 2019 top of the line 4K QLED television. However, with Samsung focusing on 8K televisions rather than 4K televisions in 2020, some of the premium features of found in the 4K sets were dropped in the 2020 Q90T and only made available in the 8K televisions. So, some key differences are: 1.) Samsung "OneConnect": The Q90R has the Samsung OneConnect feature that allows all of the connections to be managed in a separate break out box. For 2020, the only Samsung QLED [in the US market] that supports OneConnect is the 8K model. 2.) Wall Mounting: The Q90R supports a zero gap wall mounting kit that minimizes the gap between the TV and wall. The zero gap mount is not available on the Q90T. However, the Q90T is a slimmer set, which may compensate for the lack of a zero gap wall mount depending on your choice of mount. 3.) Local Dimming: The Q90R has a massive 480 dimming zones to enhance screen contrast and minimize blooming. The Q90T has only 96 local dimming zones, but uses software to manage with fewer zones. While the Q90T does a remarkable job with fewer zones, the Q90R picture quality is slightly better for dynamic contrast. 4.) Screen Size: The screen size of the Q90R is 3 inches smaller. The Q90T has only a slightly larger screen size, but size may be a key factor given the price of the sets.

• A:Answer 2019 model which is better than the 2020 in all ways except they put a 2,1 port on the 2020 model. The 2019 model uses the awesome one connect box that has all 4 hdmi ports and usb and fiber optic ports. This is one of those rare times when old tech is better than new tech.

Q: Questionare the mounting holes on the back of this TV centered or off center....how far are they from the top and the bottom of the TV?

• A:Answer Centered. We had SANUS flat-mount, and I had to provide strong 2 X 4" wood beams for Sanus' 2" long (quantity FOUR) Screws: These screws have to be either 16" or 24" apart horizontally, for two of them, and the other two directly below the top two vertically. I provided (2) horizontal beams, 66" and 73" from the FLOOR, and 90" long horizontally.. We had an electric fireplace below TV, and Sanus engineer recommended me those two beam spacing for OPTIMUM viewing from about 15 feet away from a couch sitting. This way, BOTTOM EDGE of our 82" TV is about 44" from FLOOR. TV edges are 42" and 73" and 120 LBS. YES, I am a Mechanical Engineer. Enjoy.

• A:Answer No it will not connect to a 5G network. It would have to have the carrier signal card inside of it then. It hooks onto wifi though. so if you have a wireless hot spot, it could connect to that.
