• The CU7000F does not have built-in Alexa, but it does work with Alexa-enabled devices. You can ask your Alexa device to turn on your TV, change channels, control the volume, and more. ~ Samsung Specialist

• Use of a firestick I would assume. But the Samsung Smart tv home setup renders the firestick useless, you can download any app you want. You just don’t have the Alexa voice command
