Call Samsung...They honor a warranty on this and They will walk you thru what you should do.

Please try again later.If the SSD has not hit the floor, nor the contact point is tightly connect, it is a very rare case the SSD is defective at the first place, unless you bought this used. Soory to hear this, but I believe Samsung has a warranty that you can bring this back.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I cannot answer whether they will accept it as a repair or return. I do know, however, that the drive SHOULD be very reliable. I have one in my Dell laptop and have been using it for over a year with no problems and exceptional performance.
