You can , as long as tour motherboard support SATA connections.

If your laptop has space for a standard 2-½ inch drive (newer ones are using M2-style that looks like a large memory stick), no problem.

It is a standard size notebook drive (2.5in) so as long as your laptop uses a SATA connection for the drive it should work.
