• No - neither the PC nor the drive come with the Sata data cable.

• Yes the Samsung 2.5" SSD can be use in the XPS 8900 however since it has 3.5" drive bays you will need a 2.5" to 3.5" bracket. Best Buy has the Insignia™ - SSD Mount - Black Model: NS-PCSSDM7 SKU: 5516000 which will work fine.
