“We bought one of these for our Dell laptop. It will only load 99% then it says error. Any ideas? Thank you”

• It sounds like the SSD may be the same or smaller than the one you are replacing. Could be too much data to transfer to SSD and fills up prior to completing the file transfer. If the SSD is larger than the original HD, it's possible the SSD is not formatted for the full capacity available.
