• No you will need to order that cable if you plan on cloning an existing drive. In the box you only get the drive, no mounting hardware is included either.

• No it does not. I have linked a good option that's sold here on Bestbuy.com and it can be used over and over again for future drive replacements as needed. FYI - Do not use the software that comes with the cable. Use the Samsung Data Migration software that comes with the drive or download it from Samsung's website. It'll be much easier and faster to use.
