Since it's the standard size for 2.5" drives, I believe it should. It will be drastically faster to deliver data than a 5400 RPM hard drive. Best Buy does carry USB SATA drive adapters that include software for mirroring your existing drive for a very reasonable price. (Apricorn data transfer cable).
